1. I read the list a few days ago and it is a weird list. It probably also includes

the health private companies that take care of the military health and so forth... In addition, from what I read in another article, the money Kerry has invested comes from family trust he does not control and that he has an interest in.

However, I do not see the point of defending this against people who do not care.

What defense are you looking for here? I don't understand. Are you drawing inferences that Senator Kerry votes according to and in favor of industries that he has investments in? If so, I would like to see some evidence of that. Where is the proof that votes and or "influence" is being used to affect industries in order to sway profits?

Insinuation is not proof. This is the type of thing the RW does. They organize whisper campaigns based on unsupported and wispy "charges" that because X is true, Y must be true too! Not so. Please supply what it is that you want defended in this case.
