The Budget of the United States is not subject to filibuster rules and needs a simply majority to pass. And the budget framework or resolution has to pass first. Passing the budget itself will happen in the early summer.

BTW, the Repubs will try to work around not being able to filibuster the budget by filibustering the resolution raising the debt ceiling of the US. Hypocrite. That ceiling was raised about 5 times during the reign of Bush the Deceiver.
