It was announced in a promo on MSNBC.

1. OT - I hope everyone caught Barney Frank.
He just issued quite a smackdown of the media, to which Mitchell plead guilty.

4. He was good.
He defended the work senators have to do in committee on earmarks, and criticized the length of time it was taking to confirm nominees.

Barney Frank's comments dovetailed nicely with this - he said that senators who were holding up nominees were reacting to gossipy, gotcha tactics perpetuated by the media.
