I was so damned nervous, my legs shook, thats never happened. Oh god it sickens me how intolerant people are of gay people, if people are gonna act like Kerry's a gay hater, they should have heard what I heard today, it was disgusting and of course something else that I won't get in to here made the day worse when I got home.

people are such assholes.

as for public speaking i pretty much suck at it and get nervous as you do. the interesting thing is that i am able to get up and do "discussions" or debates but i suck at just giving a speech.

i remember in elementary school our teacher would teach us something and have us go into other classes to teach it to other students and i did that pretty well and never got nervous and this was when i was really young. but if it's just giving a speech i get nervous and just want to get it over with.

i do better when the assignment is on reading something that we had to memorize also. probably because my focus is on making sure i can remember what i have to say rather than on the "public" speaking part of it itself.

I just wanted to scream but I couldnt. I am glad as I grow older, I become less and less afraid of what people will think of me if they know what I think, its awlays been hard for me because I dont let much out in the irst place.
