Fritakis has already had some lawsuits thrown out, but I hope he is successful in this one. (Of course I heard him speak 2x and he's busy smearing Kerry every chance he gets...

1. He's arrogant and smearing Kerry just makes him less desirable, but
I hope he succeeds in this one too. Sadly, it doesn't look like he's going to.

As of yesterday, Cheney finally gave us one. Alright, alright...maybe not the right one, but "smoking" for sure.
