Sheryl Crow underwent successful minimally invasive surgery for breast cancer on Wednesday February 22nd. Her doctors confirm her prognosis as excellent and she will receive radiation treatment as a precaution.

i hope she is still speaking to her ex Lance Armstrong since he could help her with this.

i always loved that pic of Kerry with Sheryl. she really likes him.

and gets well soon as well. No matter what the diagnosis is, the shock of hearing 'cancer' is just awful. I wish her and her family well.

4. This is an awesome statement from Sheryl

I have never, at least in my recollection, come out and asked people to vote for a particular candidate but instead, have always encouraged folks to get registered, do the research on issues that are presented, and vote. I am, in this instance, emphatically asking you to support John Kerry for more reasons than I can count.

And there was Kerry at the center, peacefully and with great integrity, with firsthand experience, and with articulate conviction, begging the Senate to please end this war that had already been declared lost by it's own Secretary of Defense MacNamara early on...making his plea on behalf of the youth of America who were sent to fight for their country only to return as a "disgrace." How can the Republican party run this kind of campaign against someone as brave as Kerry, or any other Vietnam soldier...or should I say, how could this Whitehouse allow it's own contributors, veterans themselves of the Vietnam war, to take such a lowdown tact as to undermine the credibility of one of it's own.

Wonderful statement from her. I was very saddened to here about her having breast cancer. I hope it was caught early as they say it was.

Always been a big fan. Even more so when she so openly endorsed Kerry.

We've heard time and time again, of instances when JK has called folks in their time of need - both friends and political adversaries. He is such a caring person, I'm sure once he heard about this he took the time to wish her well.
