Did Kerry really endorse Pearlmutter? Please...
This kind of crap gets really old. This is kind of a good website, but sometimes I don't know what they're thinking with these kinds of posts:

1. ugh, check out that one Republican blogging
hates Kerry and Dukakis for "bragging" about how they will raise taxes.

when people bring up Bush's many failures he can't do anything but "whatever, Kerry would have been worse" type answer.

2. Kerry went there at a campaign event, raised money...
sounds like an endorsement to me.

Colorado was kinda split down the middle during the election, wasn't it?

5. If not for Perlmutter's web site
I'd have guessed it was Kerry showing up and doing what he could, without leaving Perlmutter with the right wing "endorseded by the new england liberal effete tax raising (did I leave anything out?) John Kerry".

But since Perlmutter has it on his web site, I don't know.

What a wild thread. The tax fiend is hysterical. First, I'm pretty sure that was Mondale who promised to raise taxes. But the bigger thing is, Bush promised NOT to and did it anyway. What kind of moron chooses a guy who lied over a guy who tells the truth?? Oh wait, never mind.

10. It's actually very silly
Kerry came to Colorado and appeared with him at fund raisers, spoke to a TV channel, and gave him money from his leadership back - don't these ACTIONS constitute more support than a typical "endorsement".

Kerry Endorses Perlmutter In Denver Visit
February 25th, 2006 @ 6:48 pm

CBS4Denver has brief piece about John Kerry’s endorsement of Ed Perlmutter in Denver yesterday and a short video clip…

A Massachusetts senator who ran for president was in Denver on Friday.

Sen. John Kerry was on the 16th Street Mall to endorse Ed Perlmutter, a Democrat who is running for the state’s 7th Congressional District seat.

The seat was held by Bob Beauprez, who is vacating the seat and running for governor.

Kerry said the 7th District “deserves a politician like Perlmutter.”

8. it's useful sometimes, after the disagreements people get into
here on DU, to go and read what the right wingers have to say.

And Colorado sure does have a good crop of dumbass right wingers!

That's why I don't post on coloradopols - the place has way too many of them crapping up the place.
