1. It does look like a new tie. What do you think happen to the old one?

Did it get worn out?

I love your blog; it's different, refreshing but it gets all of the info out there. And nice, craft, too. That's giving me ideas of an activity with my kids (okay, maybe not as dramatic as stopping a war, but still -- great for my Mom job).

I don't know if the Senator was out shopping and acuired a new distinctive and handsome tie. On one of my recent jaunts through Boston, I did notice a store that sold the ties in question and the store was not far from the Residence of the Taller Sen from MA. He could have decided that his old ties needed a rest and opted for a new one. I do like the one in the pic, it's really lovely.

I also adored the crafts article. That was sweet and wonderful. We should always try to do things that reflect who we are. Congrats on this. It was warm and wonderful.
