~~~ The MARCH contest theme is Main Street ~~~
Main Street - Downtown - Uptown - in town - around town - close to town - whether ya live in the city or a small hamlet or even out in the sticks heading to town, grab your cameras and have at it.
We will open submissions on March 8th...
Happy shooting!
1. I live in the 5th largest city on the continent
a city I know like the back of my hand. And this theme intimidates the hell out of me. But I do like a challenge.
5. I grew up in a town about that size
Gather everyone under the traffic light and have 'em stand around the firetruck and have a grand ol' time takin' pictures of it all.
While your there, mail a letter or two :-)
Can't wait to see what ya come up with...
7. The town I grew up near in Ohio
(Gurneyville in Clinton County) was so small it's not even on your website, but here's a picture I found on Flick'r that was apparently taken near there.
This could have been my grandpa's barn.
10. Technical detail question:
Does it have to be some place called "Main St." or is the theme that we're to take a photo of the main drag through town? There is no Main St. in my town. :shrug:
