It's amazing how fast this snow is melting. Hard to believe there was a foot and a half on the ground Saturday morning ... I'm not complaining. :)

1. It actually WAS summer for a few days here on the Great Lakes.
Now it's back to normal, cool and wet and progressively more green. And I still don't dare reveal my pasty, hairy legs to the world.:scared:

Soon, though!

3. "Fish-belly white" we call it up here...
You would feel right at home in Alaska with your pasty legs. In fact, we're pretty well pasty all over by the time spring comes around.

2. It's probably warmer
up there by you than here. Right now we're logging in at 29F, and yesterday morning I woke up to snow, although it was not the stay-on-the-ground kind. My lament . . . where oh where is spring! :)

Hope you enjoyed a nice walk.

4. That's about what it is here,
down into the high 20s at night and then up into the 40s in the daytime. It should start warming up here soon, though.
