1. These are nice.
Are you getting an early start on the festivities, or are these from last year? I think the piper is my favorite. :)

2. These are this years
In NYC the outer boro's tend to have their St Pat's parade early so not to conflict with the big one down 5th.

3. That makes sense.
We don't have a St. Patrick's Day parade at all here in Anchorage - I didn't even consider the possibility of "dueling parades." :)

4. I Love #3, #4, #5
Some holidays just give us a free license to be goofy. Those're the best.

5. What utter fun - they ALL look Irish :) and it's like being there with you to see these.
The Aran sweater the green hatted woman is wearing is a work of art. I have knitted many of them, so I know !
Thank you for letting me partake in this.
My son's middle name is Patrick, and this reminded me to send him a Happy St. Paddy's day email.

6. These are really special.
You got a great vantage point and you got the most out of it. These are beautiful.

And I love the Irish bassets. 'Tis a wonderful breed.

7. Thanks, I shot with a 70-300mm
I really wanted to concentrate on individuals in the parade this year than going for a more wide angle group shot.
