Experiemental HDR Panorama
Took a while to put together. Not perfect but experimental.

1. I think it's quite good
It has a kind of painterly look to it :)

I know of HDR but I've never attempted it, only looked at one blog on how its done. I know it's a lot of work.

Do you feel like you're finished with this one or do you want to try more with it?

2. Thank you
I will probably play with it a bit. Take some more at a higher resolution too.

3. How did you learn this technique?
I only vaguely remember that one blog on it (I can't remember how I found out about it) and that it looked like more work than I wanted to put into it ;)

4. Another one

I don't recall exactly how I learned it. Photomatrix is a good program to start with. Photoshop also does it but not as well. Then I stitched the pictures together in Photoshop.
Here's another example of HDR that I messed with a bit:

6. Thank you!
Here's the close to final HDR panorama. The only thing I'm not happy with yet is the tilt some of the buildings seem to have. No idea how to correct that yet. This was about an hour and a half of processing time.

10. It's beautiful. I was looking at some artist-rendered "bird's-eye" maps
from the 1870s recently. This scene has that sort of character.

Your final image should be distorted just a shade from the bottom left corner, straight left. Not too much, because it'll detract from the really attractive curve of the horizon. I'm guessing between 1 and 2 degrees would do it.

7. More on HDR
Made a post on it, on my (at the time) newly started photo blog thingy:
Ignore the Danish - the list of links should be selfexplanatory :) :
