A little sunshine after 4 days of nonstop rain. I'm no longer depressed

Spring is springing

1. Sunshine helps, doesn't it?

I was cooped up, too, with cold rain until today. I'm also getting over a cold. Most of today's pictures are still in the camera, but here is one I shot a little earlier in the day, with a bit of sun on the tail.

3. Precious. Do you know in Germany all squirrels are very red? I was there recently,

burying a brother, and I chased them on the graveyard taking photos (a few days after the funeral)
just to prove it.

5. Yep. I think that goes for most of Europe

Our squirrels are about half the size and red as foxes. I will try and get a shot for you if I see one.

And my condolences on your loss.

6. That would be fun to have, and remind me of my childhood. My brother died from

smoking. Not only that, he is the second one killed by cigarettes. Don't smoke.

4. Mo, of the many colors and settings, all but blends in. That is one loooooong cat, no?

I'm utterly ignorant about them, but I'm trying to learn. Bet it rained in Asheville all these days, too.
It was a November type of misery, gray wet and cold, and I am done with winter.
