Some birds of 2008 for the day's theme

I generally focus on bird photography, since I'm a birder and like to document what I see. Don't have the money to upgrade to a big fancy lens, and it will be a very long time before I do have that money.

Violet-Green Swallow, Colorado

Tri-colored Heron, Florida

Boreal Chickadee

I'm thinking of taking pictures of more birds too, just because it is kind of fun hunting them. My lens may be a lot like yours. Love the heron with the shadow on the water.
