Happy Easter to everybody in the Photo Forum
Someone brought me a silly little 3 inch pottery lamb for Easter, here is how the shadows made it "move" on my counter, and the other photo is from my front porch

2. Nothing silly about the lamb.
In the second shot, it has amazing presence and a great deal of dignity. The second shot exploits the light perfectly. I love the others, but that one just fires on all cylinders for me.

And lovely spring green popping all over in the last pic. Yayyy...spring. At last.

5. Waited for my own Easter photo
to answer.

First, I really love the blinds and their shadows. I have those same kind of blinds now, but your picture reminds me of when I was a child, and could tell the seasons of the year by the way the sun went through the blinds in my room.

I even knew by the shadows when school would start! What a great way to frame your Easter picture.

I knew I would be going to an Easter egg hunt today, so here is my Easter picture.

6. Oh my goodness. Are these grandkids? And may I please hold them
and play with them? What a great picture this is, with no faces, you want so badly to see more, yet, you know you see all you are going to get.
This is very special! I"m glad you waited so we could see this.

But they are cute. They are posing for people (parents I guess) in front of them. It was pretty funny to watch.

9. That is a great photo. I love the faceless universality of it.
And, I had no idea you could collect babies on Easter. All I ever found was eggs !!!!

11. Can anyone imagine a better family photographer? Not
only that, this Easter day was the birthday of one of my best friends, who was not lucky enough to be related to you, mth44sc.
Considering I already know the kids, this is a great picture of being there.
Yeah !

13. These kinda shots
are way way outside my comfort zone. So I was "pleased as punch" with how this one came out.

15. the same birthday bit!
I have to tell this, even if slightly off topic. One of my first cousins, who grew up way away from me and is much younger, met her first husband at an AA meeting (BTW, just a hint--be careful about meeting significant others at AA meetings). After a couple of kids and so forth, that didn't last, thankfully.

The next husband she met because of her kid--she was totally through with men, and wanted nothing to do with them. But this guy asked her out, and somehow the subject of birthdays came up. They had the exact same birthday-- they compared drivers' licenses!! But for that, she never would have given him the time of day.

Yup, they are married now. What an incredible story, and a strange "coincidence".

Off topic, sort of, but responsive to the picture.
