1. Nice. I'd like to have a wider lens
I have an old Canon EOS 10D. This was before the EF-S mount lenses came along, so I'd have to buy really expensive glass or a Russian fisheye. Hopefully a 50D will be coming my way one of these days.

These are nice pictures, especially the contrasty skyline with the airplane in the frame.

2. These were shot with a Tokina 12-24mm
which I believe is compatible with a 10D. This became my favorite lens the day I got it. At around f/8, it's crazy sharp. Build quality is amazing for the price.

3. Good cityscapes and architectural lines
JeffR, but I feel I am being repetitive. :)

5. Give yourself credit
I think you were having a good day, but that is because you were doing a great job. It probably just felt easy, but it just all came together so well.

Love the one with the airplane!

6. Well, thank you.
Right place right time and all that. A very satisfying outing.

I like the plane too, though I had to do some work on that one because the perspective distortion was really extreme.

7. Love the perspective
on Go-Karts. It gives the shot a kind of surreal effect. Very nice. Same with the BMW dealership.

8. Everyone should have more days
like this.

I know I wish I did.

If I could just stop seeing pictures not through the viewfinder, it would help a lot. Maybe I could have the d700 surgically attached to my head?

9. Now there's an idea.
A cyborg cam.

11. Thank you. My irrational fondness for this lens has me seeing the
world wide. It's at the point where I can look at something and just know what this lens will do with the subject matter.
