Am I wearing out my (Florida) welcome?
Various shots from around me

Stuff I liked- assorted-
(Will skip the sunset today- though - believe me, it happened)

Parking Lot Water Hole Party

The famous bridges of Highway 1 - you are looking at the old train bridge in the front, and the new highway bridge in the back. The train built by Flagler used to be all that connected the islands of the Florida keys. Now Highway one with its multitudinous bridges does the job. I wish we had both.
The bridges that held the train tracks are still there paralleling the new highways. Every now and then segments are cut out so any continuous travel on them is impossible because the deterioration of the surface makes any permanent travel dangerous.

I had to leave Mom in a broiling car while I made my way to take this picture. One day I'll scout it all out and do better.

These two are just for fun or the feel of it

I ran across this spider. I'm glad I saw it before it got on me. I don't know what's what, but I don't like the red spikes.

The bike I rent when I'm here. The Keys are as flat as a pancake. I can go anywhere for as long as I want without breaking a sweat from peddling. The sun, of course, is a different story. That's why I do my biking for an hour before sunset when it's about 85 degrees only.

Threw that in to spare you another sunset

4. I truly enjoy/adore your photos!
And I'm a little like you (sans the great photographs), that I too take/enjoy pics of unusual/off the wall/different perspective, etc. shots.

7. What fun!
I especially love the bike and the post in the water.

I'll be in Orlando next weekend -- any chance you are planning to be near there? I know it's shot in the dark!

Thanks for the great pictures!
