Poll question: Won't you please, please help me? Poll of my 3 final choices
Please comment if you like, but chose one, would you please!!!
I'm stumped.

The Reader I took in my kitchen this week with a book and a welded book end my brother made a long time ago.

The second one I stumbled on as I was taking a walk in Sarasota, it was an installation at an otherwise very unassuming house.

The third one was on a very hot day in the desert in Egypt

Thank you for voting and helping me out. I don't want to fret with this any more.
I just found the third one by accident 15 minutes ago, as it rolled by on my screen from my random screen saver that scrolls my photos.

1. I like 1 & 3 a lot, but had to vote for 2.
I like the interplay between negative and positive space, the repetition with subtle variations, and the hints of color that verify the photo is not black & white. And the framing elegantly conveys that this is a detail of something larger, extending toward all four major compass points.

So that's my vote. Moral of story, don't trust my choice!

5. I like the muted light and textures in 1.
There are so many flavors of black in the image. It tells a story.

12. Well, thank you for showing me stuff about it I was barely aware of
It seems to have become the favorite, and was so from the start. My son predicted it, said: that one gets the vote, the Reader shows your artistry.
He is a very good son.:)
I'll post the whole photo of the tiles. It is superior to the segment I cut out, but does not represent black well as you will see.

I'll do that tomorrow, it's on my shop computer, and it's night, and I discovered a rodent down there that needs to find it's new food

10. My dear Mira!
The second one got my vote. It is just stunning! However, I think if you cropped the right hand edge in #3, that it would make a very strong entry as well...

But #2 just jumped off the page at me.

You could not go wrong with that, IMHO that is!

11. Thanks for the feedback, CaliforniaPeggy. Maybe it's
because of the crop that the photo did not appeal. For some reason that is how I felt it wanted to look, sometimes I have no control over these things.
:)
And I was aware of the strange balance but left it anyway.
Since the tiles seem to be the runaway favorite I might be forced to submit that one.
Thanks for everything!!!
