2. I think the second would have been a strong entry.

It's a lovely Zen photo, with great subtle lighting.

The first one would be a thrill except I think the depth of field should be deeper. It would make the jellybeans more like a landscape, and the jar would become the monolith in the landscape that it obviously wants to be. Still, I think it's a very cool composition.

Number two is probably the best, but there is something wonderful about all the colors in number one. Needless to say I love the grinder. Hmmmm.
