Wright's last commission, in the gloaming

I drive by the Marin Civic Center each day on my way to and from work. The building was Frank Lloyd Wright's final commission, and was built in 1960 after his death, and under the tutelage of his protege. I've always liked the building, and since the sun was about to dip below the coastal hills behind, it was the right time to get this shot of the western exposure of the building. The exposures I got just a few minutes later had shifted pretty dramatically toward shadowy purple hues, since the sun had gone behind the hills.
