1. Great theme for a contest
Why does that horse have socks on his (or her) ears? Is this a new horsey fad? And what's going on with those stirrups? Are they going up over the neck?

Love the angles.

2. Socks! Yes, that's what they look like!
I hate those God-awful things but they've been around for several years now. Not sure just why -- didn't think so many horses were so sensitive to noise or wind or whatever. I hope it is a fad and they go the way of the hula hoop!

Don't know what you mean about the stirrups.

4. The strap from the iron
rather than attaching to the saddle, looks like it is going up over the neck.

And I expect/hope those ear socks are a fad. I think they're pretty ugly.

5. If you look carefully you'll see
that the strap you are seeing is actually the loop of the rein -- but you're right, it does look that way!

3. All are phenomenal, angles and all. First one leads the pack in my favorites.
The eyes of the jockey and the legs of the horse, I think this must be a rare and very successful catch. Even the cameo blurry head in the back adds to the perfection.

The third horse astounds with its mustard color. These creatures you bring us are so breathtakingly beautiful and enrich my horizon.
