Monday 8/29: I'm going to try to work out today--how about you?
My shoulder is still in constant pain, so I'm avoiding all upper body workouts and any exercise that involves a 4-pt. stance.

The nausea is gone for now, but I may have to wait to see if I need to take any pain meds later today.

I'm going to try to keep the shoulder iced so that I don't have to take pain meds.

1. Sorry about your shoulder.
I had shoulder pain a few weeks ago so I feel for you. Do not push yourself, avoid upper body weights until your shoulder is better.
I worked out today. Aerobic video, upper body weights & yoga.

4. Sorry about your shoulder.
I finally bit the bullet and am going to a new PT today at 3. While I'm there I'm going to check out the gym next door. It's on my short list of possible places.

Hope you can get some relief for your shoulder.

8. Lifted weights for 40 minutes then did a 3 mile walk
I'm going to do that 3 miles every day. It takes me about an hour. I'm hoping that will burn fat as well as get my metabolism going.

11. Sorry to hear about the shoulder
I had a shoulder injury a few months back so I know how painful they can be.

I worked out today--the usual routine of treadmill/bike/weights. I had to cut the treadmill a bit short as I needed to get to the library before it closed but otherwise it was my normal length. I need to kick it up a bit because I was bad over the weekend...candy and ice cream. :-(

13. I did my PT exercises
Apparently I've strained my left calf pretty bad, I'll rest it and it feels fine, the minute I do anything, even walking a few blocks, the tightness and pain come right back. What a nagging injury.
