Who worked out over the weekend?

I did, both Saturday and Sunday, 35 minutes on the elliptical. On Saturday I also did 30 minutes of Pilates and on Sunday I lifted arm weights and did crunches.

Who else was active on the weekend?

1. I jogged 2.5 miles on Sunday

but today I'm side-lined w/ a cold.

Seems every time I try to get back into the swing of things, I get broad-sided by something.

Back and bi day
Pullups
T-bar rows
BB rows underhand grip
cable rows (low)
shrugs

BB curls
one arm preacher curls

Hack squats

20 minutes of cardio
