All at once or in increments?
Hello. I am trying to lose weight/build metabolism.

I usually try for 20~40 minutes on the elliptical trainer when waking up. OR using the ab lounge for 20 minuntes accumulated.

During lunch, I try for 20+ minutes on the elliptical.

Is this okay to do, every day, or is aiming for one solid hour per day the better move?

Or a rotation of these methods?

Getting rid of the belly is #1 priority. My diet is very good (few sweets, only fiber rich complex carbs, lots of green and red vegetables, lean meats only) though if I eat more than 1675 calories per day, I will gain weight. Hence the metabolism issue. (I had some tests done and, amongst the calorie intake results, my thyroid is quite healthy)

Thx!

1. I think it's all
supposed to count, Q.

What matters is the cumulative time you spend in your target heart range, AFIK.

I like to do it all at once and get it over with, but if you break it up that should work too.
