Botany added another log to the fire. "It won't go on much longer," he reminded the others. "In the mean time, I have discovered something better than box wine that I'd like to share with all of you: crate wine."

He swept his arm backwards, and everyone noticed for the first time a large crate nestled into the hedge of scrub oak that formed one side of their cozy fire circle.

"Step forward, while I tap the bung", he said.

"Heh heh," said RevCheesehead, "you said 'bung'".

5. Then the EDVs and the men that love

them were serenaded by feathered Easter Egg shaped birdies...







that did a little dance for them too.

6. And Patsy, being moved by the chickadee's song and dance,

grabbed Sharon by the hands, and shouted, "Dance with me!"

The others watched, at first laughing, but then they found that their bodies were moving to the rhythm of the music, and before they knew it, they were all on their feet, dancing to the light of the fire and the moon.

Botany, himself carried away by the music, and the firelight, and the moonlight, took another drink from the bung, and shouted, "Did I ever tell you that you are ALL my faves?!?!!??"

10. He's not MY mayor!

I don't live in the City of Detroit. Thank goodness! He's a disgrace and is full of hubris. How he has the nerve to get up there and say he's innocent boils my blood. I hope they nail him to the wall. Kym Worthy is an excellent prosecutor and I'm sure she has a fairly airtight case or she wouldn't have brought the charges. There are additional goings-on that are still being investigated -- we haven't heard the end of the charges yet, I'm afraid.

Seating a jury is going to be a huge issue. People are either strongly for the mayor (crazy people) or strongly against him. There's no in between in this one.
