Bush Waits FIVE YEARS Before Addressing Border Security & Neglects
Edited on Sun May-14-06 08:26 PM by cryingshame
the Canadian border and our port security. Containers STILL aren't being checked before entering our country. Nuclear power plants STILL aren't secure.

And he only addresses this problem because Immigration is crumbling his base...

Why did he wait FIVE YEARS?

He could have hired more border patrols and have them trained by now, if he'd gotten off his ass FIVE YEARS AGO.

2. Well...come on he had to make sure to kick gays out of the
military and defend the country against gay marriage...:sarcasm: he is a man with priorities you know...

oh and lets not forget he had to take all of the vacation that equals an entire year.....so he really didn't have time to focus on actually protecting the country...

3. This is NOT to stop terra-ists; it's to toady up to his racist supporters
re the whole immigration issue. Trillions of dollars wasted, and still no security in our ports.

4. Bush believes in small government.
Bush did nothing for five years believing that government just gets in the way. Voters, on the other hand, believed he was at least taking care of the basics. It took them five years to figure out how wrong they were.
