Brown/Black haired? Brown-eyed? Dark complexion?
What criteria will be used to determine who will need ID cards and who will not? My son's fiancee has a mexican last name (she was born here, but her Dad was born in mexico City)..

When she marries my son, her last name will be a very Anglo name.. If she dyes her hair red or blonde, she will still be the same person.. Will her naturally blonde, blue eyed co-worker need to get a card to prove she's not some Swedish girl who sneaked in here without papers? :)

The ID thing must be UNIVERSAL or it will end up in court for DECADES, since people will be accused of being undocumented by virtue of having to prove they are NOT..

George is dosing this out in droplets..

The ID thing will be a biometric card for everyone here..How could it NOT be? Everyone knows I favor passports for everyone, but for anyone who thinks it will only be the "mexicans" who have to get cards, think again...

People who cannot produce a valid birth certificate will be in a world of hurt...so people...y'all need to call Mom and ask if she has it, or contact the Dept of Vital Statistics of the state you were born in.. Order yours before the mad dash.. Put it in a safe place.. You are gonna need it.. (They only cost about $20..and most states send them right out)

2. It's not about race! It's not about race! It's not about race!
It's not about race!

Repeat as often as necessary until your mind is benumbed enough to ignore the obvious.

3. Plot Overview

The film starts off with Rudy (Cheech Marin) in his home in East Los Angeles being told by his mother to pick up his cousin Javier (Paul Rodriguez) in Downtown at a factory before his mother and sister leave to Fresno. Rudy arrives only for a few minutes later the factory being raided by la migra (immigration officials). Rudy is wrongfully accused of being an illegal immigrant by a crooked immigration officer in a cowboy hat, sunglasses, and Texan accent. Because he does not have any form of identification with him, and because his mother is out of town and cannot verify that he is a citizen, and is deported to Mexico.

Who knew Cheech was a prophet?
