This investigation couldn't be cheap. Is this whole thing a bad dream?

the whole thing. On second thought, the tv people are too smart to get involved with something as dumb as that.

The justice department ought to be investigating themselves about the criminal waste of money on this thing.

4. I Would Expect Them To And Have No Problem With It.
It's a long unsolved murder. I have no qualms with them acting on a new tip. It's kinda how investigations work.

I actually hope they find him, would be really interesting. I know the odds are still slim though.

7. Imagine if they did this kind of thing for every "tip" for every unsolved
murder. Not one square inch of property would be safe from these maniacs.

8. Firstly, This Isn't Just Any Unsolved Murder.
Secondly, even regardless, generally they would do that sort of thing if the tip was reliable.

I think you're protesting something that really isn't worthy of passionate protest, but that's just how I feel about it. I understand you may feel differently. It's all good.
