15. i'm sorry i get so confused- but state of belief just revamped that page

and i found my affiliate (in NYC) on the list of stations - BUT not in my itunes,??, so i followed directions and "subscribed".
and it played.
but if you missed it, the podcast should be ready by noon on monday. and they do have archives for podcasting now, and you should check out last week's show on the conservatives infiltrating protestant churches if you missed it. that was probably their best show yet.

Streaming shows
When you stream a file, you don’t download the file directly to your computer. Instead, it plays directly from your internet browser or from a media player on your computer. In order to stream a broadcast of State of Belief, just left click on the “Download” link of a show in our archives. If that doesn’t work, you can open it from your media player (for instance, Windows Media Player, WinAmp, or iTunes, all free downloads) by using the “Open URL” or “Open Stream” options and pasting the URL of the .mp3 file into the file field.
Downloading mp3s

Downloading an mp3 file will save the entire show on to your computer so you can listen to it at any time. Each file is about 6.5mb. Put your mouse pointer over the “Download” link to a show and click the right mouse button. You’ll be prompted with a menu. Left-click “Save File As” or “Save Link As,” and select where you want the file to download, and click save.

Once the file is saved to your computer, use a program like Windows Media Player, WinAmp, or iTunes (free downloads) to listen to the file, or whatever program you usually use to listen to audio files on your computer.

someone else said to go to spoken word part of itunes. but i couldn't find my station. and that page gave me some code to subscribe with i think it's called? also, DU now has it on Listen Now, but I'm not sure what player that is.

Technical question: What Apple script is used to stream AAR live weekday broadcasts? Or, does an Apple script actually exist that performs this task?

I don't have the time to do this kind of programming myself right now, though I am fully capable of programming in a UNIX environment (X11 in Apple UNIX/Darwin).

They have guests and news articles on religion and its effects on society. They also often give ideas on how believers can counteract the actions of the fundamentalists. Today's program will be about the proposed anti-gay constitutional amendment. Should be great.
