Not that shippman is a pillar of journalistic integrity, but she also noted how he has really brought more national attention to the issues of global warming and the environment. I never watch ABC, so I don't know what else she has said in the past (although I don't assume it to be any shining example of Murrow-Friendly journalism) but I have heard far worse on tv over the past several years.
