In BMHP#6 I showed the falsifications Killian and Harris did on the OETR of 1972-73. K&H falsified the date Bush left their unit, claiming that he had left on May 15th when he actually left their unit in September: We mentioned the fact that Bush’s pay records show he was missing from ALL attendance from the ANG from April 16, 1972 to October 28 http://news.findlaw.com/hdocs/docs/gwbush/gwb72-73milpay-p1.html yet we see from the correspondence that Bush was in touch with his commanders all that time. They knew where he was, they were counseling him on what steps to take. These people knew the ins and outs of the regulations, all the loopholes. So he wasn’t Absent Without Leave as some would have it: he was following the directions of his superiors, and they all knew it was fraudulent and illegal.
What they told Bush to do was to run and hide, we’ll take care of it for you. By doing so they committed crimes, like dereliction of duty and fraud.
Backdating Bush, and refusing to rate him when they were required to, constitutes falsification of official documents. A commander can’t put information on an official form that he knows to be false and he has to complete documents he is responsible for. So when Killian says in the last memo that he will “…backdate but I won’t rate…” he is confessing to an important crime. He knew it was a crime, that’s why he called the last memo “CYA” for Covering Your Ass. One doesn’t write CYA documents if one is doing the right thing, one writes it when one is committing crimes one must cover one’s ass for.
The transfer to Alabama in September was undoubtedly fraudulent. Bush and his superiors had to get official approval from ARPC HQ the first time—ARPC turned them down like a bedsheet. And they had to get official approval the 2d time also. So where’s the HQ approval?
There is no evidence that Bush and his superiors applied to HQ for the transfer to Alabama the 2d time. There is evidence that the transfer was never applied for. In the Correction demand for the 72-73 OETR it says that “….This officer should have been reassigned in May 1972 since he is no longer serving in his AFSC or with his unit of assignment.” What this tells us is that Bush’s superiors should have reclassified him and reassigned him back in May 1972 when he quit flying. They did not. What they did was keep him classified as a pilot despite the fact that he had been suspended from flying and failed to reassign him. They showed him as still attending their unit long after the pay records show he stopped attending trainings..
As far as can be told from his posted records, Bush was kept listed as a pilot in his own records but the unit records don’t show him attending at all until his discharge.
THIS IS FRAUD!! Bush’s superiors were playing some real games with the records, games that are very obvious when the records are put in proper order.
So the “transfer” to Alabama never got the approval of the ARPC HQ, making it an illegal maneuver. They went outside normal channels, did not follow proper procedures.
Compare Bush’s 2d transfer request to his first : The first was on an official form, the 2d is just a personal note to his commander, not even signed with Bush’s last name. There’s no CC on this, there’s no indication the transfer request went outside the TXANG, as it was supposed to. This was not submitted for HQ approval as was required.
So they created a fraudulent transfer for Bush to Alabama. This was done to get Bush out of the unit as soon as possible, by whatever means necessary, no doubt so that they could chow that Bush was of their unit by the time they were supposed to discipline him.
Bush never showed up in Alabama. The officer he was supposed to report to said he never saw him and no one has ever come forward to succcessfully claim the now $60,000 reward for testimony that Bush served in Alabama.
Bush COULDN’T show up for duty in Alabama, there was nothing for him to do there. Bush was still listed as a pilot, although there’s conflicting statements here, but he’ you see that Bush was stripped of all of his qualifications. There was nothing for him to do because there was nothing he was qualified to do.[br />As far as I know, nobody but me has ever questioned why Bush was discharged completely unqualified to do ANYTHING in the military, not even paint rocks white. We’ll be discussing this discharge and why it’s a Kiss Of Death.
So there’s no evidence that Bush ever showed up in Alabama, no record in the unit’s records, no memory of him there and the commanding officer saying he never showed up. That would be enough to convict anybody but George Bush. All Bush has ever said is that he remembers serving there. He doesn’t remember what he did or who he served with but he remembers being there. And that’s enough for the media—forget the records, forget the fact that nobody remembers him there. Bush remembers “being there” and that’s all that counts. That’s as far as that went.
For a media that was putting up “experts”:to debate how fast John Kerry got the Swiftboat turned around, that’s ignoring a huge hole in Bush’s records—as they ignore all the discrepancies in Bush’s records. All Bush has to say is that he “remembers” being there and the subjects dropped. A HUGE double standard in media treatment.
Remember me saying that there was a K Street-like Project to dominate the media—that’s some of the fruits of it. Nobody ever questions Bush’s service record although there’s holes in it you could drive a truck through and more smoking guns than any 3 John Wayne movies.
Mission accomplished, Swiftboaters and planted Bush media stooges.
But we’ve only been discussing the crimes of Bush’s superiors. In the next installment, BMHP #8, we’ll be discussing the actual, provable crimes of George Bush himself

You have really been doing some outstanding work on this subject. It still rankles with many of us down this way, because there was absolutely NO WAY a mere mortal could get into the TANG during that period, I repeat no way whatsoever. You are generating a beautiful expose' of these dirty smear artists background.

I for one am truely grateful, the fact that any one of these non-serving chickenhawks would even dare to open their filthy mouths about any vet, let alone a decorated combat veteran is beyond reprehensible.

Thanks--and there's a lot more to come.
This subject gets dropped because it takes so long to explain--this has worked so well for Bushco. Nobody wants to sit through the tedious spadework required.
But the best part is yet to come. George BUsh committed fraud, both monetary and statutory, on the USAF and the American people, with the help of his superiors. And its all proveable.
But you have to understand what wa going on and thats what takes time to explain.
If you view the Bush Military Record/CBS papers through the prism of knowing that they were falsifying official papers, and the Killian memos are Killian's "CYA" for doing it,all becomes clear. Or clearer anyway
