RIYADH - A Saudi national was beheaded by the sword on Monday after being convicted of murdering two men, the interior ministry said. snip

Executions are generally carried out in public in Saudi Arabia, which applies a strict form of Islamic law.

The death penalty is meted out for murder, rape, apostasy, armed robbery and drug trafficking.

They kill a lot of people in the middle east (Iran, Saudi Arabia) for being gay. Other then that... just like Texas. (no offense, Texans, but you do have the death penalty...)
