Internet and 1st Amendment question
Hey everyone, I have a question.

I need to write a paper dealing with a Supreme Court issue or case, and what I wanted to focus on was 1st Amendment rights and the internet

Are there any good supreme court cases that deal with this?

Also, i may or may not switch my subject, so, does anyone have any other suggestions for a Case or Idea (Such as abortion, Equal protection, etc.) to write about?

Thanks a lot everyone

1. Don't have an answer to your question but
I might suggest the abolishment of plea bargains in the jury system. I've found that subject facinating for years.

The Right To Anonymous Speech
It has become an issue on the Internet but as long ago as 1962, the U.S. Supreme Court said (Talley v. California) that people had the right to anonymous speech. This is that ruling.
