Hezbollah? I don't put it past them. The murder of the most favorite sone in Lebanon last year was just the ticket for entry into this attack on Lebanon. Once you divide the country against the only military faction between them and an Israeli take over, the rest is what you are seeing now. on Syria or Iran? Think they wouldn't do that? They blew up the USS Liberty during the Six Day War. Doing it now would really serve their purpose, wouldn't it?

my bad and all was forgiven. You can count on an attack on a U.S. or French ship. In the case of the U.S. ship it will be agreed to before it happens.

I can see how the US might go along but Aren't all Israeli weapons US made? I can't picture Hezbollah having US made weapons. You'd think the other country's ships would right away be able to say where the weapon came from.
