2. I just watched it on Fox./
What can I say. The look on Clinton's face. "I can say anything I want now and you really can't do shit to me".

3. I just watched it for the first time
I think it was awesome. Clinton let down the political facade and really told the truth about how he felt. He is hurt by the lies perpetrated by the right wingers and Faux News and he finally lashed back.

Unlike bush, Clinton was coherent and factual and a passionate about what he had done during his administration to fight terror and how he had been rebuffed at every turn by the same right wingers who criticize him now for doing nothing.

I put up a lenghty post before detailing the republican cut and run attitude when it came to Clinton and Somalia.

They did the same thing at ever turn. they are still doing it today.

More Democratic politicians need to be honest and forceful and unapologetically passionate about their views. The public will respond positively.

4. That was beautiful. This should be played over and over again in
full. No sound bites. Just watch the whole thing. When he said, they said "Why is he so obsessed with Ben Laden, that's just wag the dog" that says it all about the republicans who held him back. The new mantra, the republican congress held Clinton back from getting Ben Laden. I want that on a bumper sticker: "Clinton's republican congress held him back from killing Ben Laden."

8. Lots of FR comments about Bill's use of his finger to make a point
while completely ignoring this use of a finger.

And no, I won't link there.

12. On democracy:
"Democracy's about way more than majority rule. Democracy's about minority rights, individual rights, restraints on power..."

thank you for being our last legitimately elected leader, one who was truly deserving of the title! I salute your brilliance sir. You stood for us, and you continue to stand for us even though you are no longer in office! You give us hope!

You just plain rock, sir!
