CNN: Tyson Vivyan, the page, was 17 years old at the time. Foley had invited him to his brownstone, and the page brought a friend with him. Foley served them pizza and offered beer.

And contributing to the delinquency of a minor; in this case were I the prosecutor in the appropriate jurisdiction I throw the book at Foley because he was engaging in a sick predatory behavior, which this appears to be part of.
