Just back from World Can't Wait march, feeling good
Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Turnout was small (about 100) but passionate and vocal.
It was nice to get away from the computer and the television and get into the streets with people who aren't lazy or afraid to show what they're made of.
Did anybody else protest today?

1. Nothing really happened in Athens, GA
I saw a WCW flier somewhere, but no directions to any kind of rally.

I'm proud of you for getting out there and doing something. It was a good thing to do.

5. Yes. Santa Cruz, California

I went to the gathering at the clock tower on Pacific Avenue.
There were about 26 people there and traffic honked in support.
The noon Thursday timing kept some people at workplaces. The
demonstration lasted two hours with no PA system, but many
statements. The people of the Pacific Rim are in harmony in our
opposition to the shootings and bombing in Iraq by the invaders.
I got a sore throat while I spoke, so I dropped out for a cold
Corona next door at the Rush Inn.
