Shaken to the core.
Somebody finally said it out loud. Publicly. Succinctly. Precisely. Poetically. Magnificently.

It's a real pity the target of Mr. Olbermann's words will never hear them.

But the rest of the world did.

And that's a start, dammit. It's a START.

4. I just listened again, and I did cry at the end.
Keith was amazing. All of the adjectives in OP's post.

"Good night and Good luck", was chilling.

Salud, Mr. Olbermann.

Peace.

6. I did too. And I could have sworn that Keith was near tears as well.
Hearing him speak the truth is inspiring. Hell, it's just plain amazing to HEAR the truth out loud.

7. I never thought I'd ever see television that powerful.
Keith's last several commentaries have been breathtaking. He's the only true, unfettered voice of truth on television.

when they show KO here. After reading the comments on DU, I watched the repeat at 9 pm.

I am kinda scared, though. I have a green card and I am in the process of getting my citizenship. So, I hope that Skinner and DU will make sure that my personal info is confidential.

I told my boyfriend that every time I call my parents (foreign country), I started the conversation with "Bush is an incompetent asshole and traitor" (my parents don't speak English, so they didn't know what I said)... just in case NSA is taping us. My boyfriend was urging me not to do it anymore. He is afraid and he doesn't want me to suddenly disappear. I just looked at him and said "how sorry is that???"

Lots of people come to America because of the FREEDOMS and OPPORTUNITIES. What a compliment ot America. This wonderful country made it possible to get a Master's Degree and to work in research. WOW. I worked my ass off, studying, working, and paying taxes. I LOVE this Country. I now have the opportunity to work for the University of California. I don't mind taxes, especially if it helps people in need. I'd rather my money go to the needy than to Bush and his war in Iraq.

I am totally pissed off that I can't decide where my taxes are going. I don't support Bush's war in Iraq and I don't want to guilty of financing that war.

Well, it is 10:30 pm here and I have to go to bed.

Good night, DU :) what a great place to be a member off :)
