,...it's the explosion of persecution, distracting from a realistic perspective on being human, literally drowning the nobility of understanding, that seriously concerns me about OUR society.

I mean, the focus upon human darkness, the judgmental ism, anger, vengeance, hypocritical persecutory demand for perfection, savage desire to win/BE RIGHT with blindfolds firmly in place, exaggeration/exploitation of the "dark" side of humanity over the acknowledgment of the strength and love and determination of humanity,....it's all THAT that bugs the f*ck out of me, quite frankly.

There is NO no balance in our own culture (SEE IT AS IT IS: survival of the fittest in a faux democracy driven by a completely capitalistic self-serving drive for self, little to no commitment to contribute beyond oneself or one's immediate interests, let alone acknowledgment of the consequences of our role/activities to the whole of humanity), only bleak odds and a stitch, if that, of hope or BELIEF and certainly little INVESTMENT in humanity,...all humanity.

I think we've become a terribly fragmented, empty, frustrated, lonely, terribly angry and excessively competitive society. WE HAVE NOTHING POSITIVE TO OFFER THE WORLD BECAUSE WE ARE TOO DYSFUNCTIONAL, OURSELVES. Hell, the vast majority of the American people don't even WANT to know what their own government is, in fact, doing around the world. We're too damn busy just keeping our noses above the flood of a "great day on Wall Street",...barely 'appearing' relevant in contrast. It seems we have some belief "Wall Street" actually dictates our reality even though it is fantasy much like that of a casino addict (NOT OWNER) hitting big. *shaking head*

PRO-LIFE????? Hello. There is NO PRO-LIFE without PRO-LIVING. So freakin' WEIRD the advocacy of something that doesn't exist rather than that which is here and now, ALIVE. It must be an escape from reality: another denial and projection? Advocates for the unborn may as well join the gurus advocating for the dead!!!!! They have no power over either, apparently feel so little power over their own lives that, the unborn and the dead MUST direct their empty, frustrated, fearful existence. No balance, no health, no wholeness, no hope must be the factors driving such senseless focus AWAY from reality, AWAY from making the lives that exist, better.

WHY? Why has our society become so empty? I propose it is the policies pursued by those who, literally, now, rule our country. Those policies are NOT what's presented. They are the most disgusting, manipulative, propaganda-style, manipulation of the public without any moral or just basis. It is CRYSTAL CLEAR those who presently rule the country invest in the law of themselves rather than the rule of law,...and when the rule of law is an inconvenience to their interests and power, they unilaterally DICTATE the rule of law doesn't apply to them.

HOW any human being fails to recognize what's happening is quite understandable,...placing blind faith in our own "goodness" and rejecting the inconceivable notion that, those we elect would mislead us while simultaneously inciting the absolute most evil of human suffering elsewhere,...even, here, at home, nowadays. SHAME SHAME SHAME on those power-centrists invoking Lincoln!!! Surely, if spirits exist, Lincoln is preying on such evil.

Oh, except,...to you neocons who valued your own people and the rest of humanity so little you intentionally betrayed us,...your beliefs are,...sick,...and whether you willingly take responsibility or not for your actions, you ARE sick, your actions have killed and maimed millions, and your shit stinks worse than your "enemies". BOO!!!!! YOU ARE SEVERELY MENTALLY ILL and too sick to get help!!!

I haven't pity on you, even as a person who holds understanding close. In spite of what you believe, history WILL reflect more precisely WHAT YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DID rather than your delusions of grandeur.
