The scenario couldn't have been more friendly for her. Repuke prez of the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce as sponsor. Right-wing Tampa Tribune columnist, Tom Jackson, as moderator. Right-wing nutjob, and Chairman of Pasco County Republican Party, Bill Bunting as time-keeper.

John Russell (D-Soon to be elected) went after her, right from the start in his opening statement, attacking her votes on cutting veterans benefits, Social Security privatization, Mark Foley, Medicare Part D.

He called her on all of her campaign contributions from the insurance, pharmaceutical, finance, and oil industries. He even through in a "You're doing a heck of a job, Brownie"!

He handled hostile questions from the wing-nuts in the audience well, while she gave moronic answers. When the audience groaned or laughed at her answers, she said, "I see you brought all of your rude friends with you." To which one woman yelled out, "We're voters Ginny".

Before last night she had already declined any other debates, saying she prefers candidate forums. No wonder.

We have 32 days to bring this baby home! The gap is closing, but we need support. Help send this incompetent hack into retirement.

Generic Democrat vs Generic Republican....dead heat 42%-42%

GBW vs John Russell GBW 45%- JR 36%

Room for optimism 70% of likely voters have never heard of John Russell
GBW has 38% negative rating vs 10% JR negative.

The 70% should change when we start a heavy radio campaign soon. And the fact that GBW has stated publicly, in the St. Pete Times, that Mark Foley was absolutely her best friend in Washington, followed by Tom Reynolds.:rofl:

It should increase her negatives substantially.

And we just got 5,000 new signs in this week that will go up next week. She'll have to hire full time sign stealers.
