We are fundamentally opposed to the ideology of the terrorists...

where the Republicans hold a less extreme Christian version of the same ideology. During the Cold War, Americans did hear about the fact that there are communists and socialists in the Democratic party. We should make sure America understands that there are religious extremists in the Republican party, who share a similar ideology with that of the very terrorists this nation is fighting.

There are simply no people on the left who have engaged in religious extremist terrorist acts, there have been many right religious extremists who have bombed abortion clinics. Who exactly is more like the terrorists?

2. These people have the nerve to attack us,

but as always they are projecting their greatest weakness, they truly are more like the terrorists. Some of the people on their side are terrorists. Why should America trust people who spout the same religious extremism as the people we fight to defend us from it?
