I'm getting all these emails about how Jennifer Granholm is going to squander Michigan's money and garbage like that. My favorite threat: "The radical left and the liberal media will continue to demand massive tax increases, a flood of new regulations and an assualt on our values." What country are they in? The democrats haven't been demanding massive tax increases! And the biggest assaults on my values - like civil liberties, "love thy neighbor", etc. - are being done by REPUBLICANS!

Or "Liberal Democrats will squander more of your hard-earned money" . . . Like going to war with country B because of what a bunch of people from country A did? My hard-earned money is being squandered just fine by those in power now. I suppose feeding people and giving people medicine is "squandering" to these folks though.

And I'm getting TONS of phone calls about a local democrat that go like this:

THREATENING VOICE "Do you know XXX wants to raise the income tax? Do you know that XXX wants to raise the state sales tax? Do you know that XXX wants to raise the estate tax?"

And that's it. It hangs up and then calls back later. I mean like three or four times a day.

WTF is going on? I've never had the amount of mail and phone garbage from Republicans that I'm getting this year.

I'm getting really irritated.

No phone calls, but mail. My mother wrote on the back of one of the cards "don't send me your propaganda" and mailed it back to the candidate.
