Wasn't Foley the one with funny CAFTA vote??

Remember the CAFTA vote that went on into the middle of the night. And they kept the voting open for another 15 minutes or something like that because they didn't have enough votes to pass it. I remember there was a congressman from Florida who swore to his constituents that he would not vote for the bill. Then it seems his no vote got switched and his office changed their story a couple of times. Does anyone else remember this?

2. Yes. It was Foley

He cast his No vote and then Tom Delay had a very long conversation with Foley on the House floor while the vote was held open for hours. Foley then voted Yes.
