Shows the hypocrisy of the Repuglicans.

How could they "elect" two felons? Both were known homosexuals, and they were from states that had laws against sodomy in the 90s (till 2003)?

1. The christian conservative
base could not possibly care less what those two have done, they are just pissed they got caught. Voting the conservative agenda, with its number one goal the destruction of the constitution is much more important to the scum which makeup the base then integrity and honesty.

I do not agree with the sodomy laws, but I am trying to point out the hypocrisy of the Repugs.

All they care about is power - morality is the last thing on their mind.

4. Yes, but you're also condemning gays and I don't think that's
necessary. There's plenty of other ammo available.

5. I don't think it's a condemnation.
varun is just pointing out the fact that both of those guys were potentially violating their own states' laws. That's the backwards-assed, knuckle-dragging, blue-nosed law doing the condemnation, not the OPer.
