Is there campaign laws that governs infiltration by rival campaigns?
Or what I mean to say, a campaign worker for one campaign pretends to want to volunteer for the opponent to try to find out strategy information...

is there even a law for this?

I was curious. A friend of mine did this a few years back and I have wrestled with the legality of it since.

Thanks,

Rp

2. I don't think you could get that much access to strategy just from
volunteering a couple times, beyond the precincts you yourself are walking and the kinds of voters you'd be calling.

off the top of my head, I've never heard of anyone being accused or charged with that sort of stuff, since it's your prerogative to volunteer for as many candidates from as many parties as you want. freedom of assembly/association, and stuff.

3. Stealing is the law you can use

This happens all the time, it's why you follow people. But it's much better to let them steal something you want them to steal than to try to secure any criminal charges against them.
