Some of the dumbest human beings I've ever known have had exactly that sort of sly, conniving expression. In fact, most of them have, because it's nearly impossible for anyone that dumb to get ahead in the world without cheating and stealing.

It's funny though, most of the truly retarded people I've dealt with have utterly lacked the capacity for that sort of sheer meanness.
