Standing up and standing down
I'm sure most DUers have noted this phenomenon, but it's worth point out...

There is a funny little dance with North Korea and Iran. They are taking turns at making noise.

North Korea starts in with the nuke testing or other missle testing, then they sit down.

This is the cue for Iran to start up - either by pressing their own nuke research or by threatening Israel.

After one or two news cycles - Iran takes a break and North Korea jumps back into the game.

Earlier this week - several news stories reported North Korea will not be a conducting a second nuke test. There even seemed to be a bit more willingness from the bushies to *gasp* talk to North Korea. Things sort of settled down - gives the bushies a chance to catch their breath and get back to spinning Iraq.

But - wait! Iran is ramping up !

Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has promised "a decisive step for the liberation of occupied Jerusalem" in a speech Wednesday in Islamshah, a suburb southwest of Iran's capital Tehran. Addressing a gathering at the Persian Gulf Stadium, Ahmadinejad said Israel's existence was "the mother of all problems in the world." "The existence of this regime is an offence against humanity given that world powers imposed a fake state on six billion people only to safeguard their own interests," he also said.

1. It is a cycle, now it is Hugos turn.
Idiot Son really shouldn't have called them the Axis of Evil. Another stupid mistake, like 'bring em on.'

Stupid little men running very big systems with no clue.
