I just heard this on Thom Hartman- yesterdays show, I think. Ohio for sure. Don't know the other 3.
This is why Bush and Rove aren't worried.

If you get purged, you can re-register at your polling place on election day. I like the paper ballots too.

It is called a questionable ballot and they are set aside to be looked at later. Probably just thrown in the dump, I don't know but I do know they can never deny you a ballot......
