It doesn't matter if Dems win a bunch of seats this year or not.
Lame Duck will have two years and control of the military to do as much damage as he can.
And afterwards, if Lame Duck is "brought up on charges", so what?
He's a patsy and it will make for great theater, a distraction of the highest order.
