Military folk on both sides of the pond, Republicans campaigning, and now ...

1. I think they are laying the groundwork for a withdrawal.
When Poppa sent Baker over to see what was really going on, you knew the family had finally figured out that the kid had failed again and Poppa was going to have to do damage control, as he's done for the kid for years.

As the saying goes...Now look at the fine mess you've gotten us into!

Damn him for opening this can of worms. He has us in a corner, in that we can't afford to leave Iraq, or Iran will take over. We don't have the military support needed to handle both...we can't even handle Iraq. I feel so sorry for our men and women caught in the web.
